Facial Recognition Reader

Using facial recognition technology, arrivals and departures are easily tracked by the employee simply showing their face in front of the unit. In less than 1 second, the employee’s identity will be verified. Face recognition technology combines state of the art biometric technology with secure, reliable data management. Facial recognition authentication is a better hygienic alternative to time clocks by maintaining a safer workplace, while still eliminating buddy punching and ensures accuracy of employee transactions.

Using an algorithm based on unique fingerprints, the Biometric Fingerprint Reader provides a secure and convenient way to clock in and out, while eliminating buddy punching and time theft. The modern design includes a LCD screen displaying the time and date, making transacting on the device simple for employees. Employees may enroll up to 10 fingerprints. The device supports multiple languages, and allows for department transfers and job costing. The Biometric Fingerprint Reader is the perfect solution for various industries, such as small business offices, restaurants, growers and staffing agencies.

Portable Fingerprint Reader

The Portable Fingerprint Reader with a built-in battery is ideal for remote job sites where electrical cords or internet may not be available. With its durable casing, this Portable Fingerprint Reader time and attendance system is waterproof, dustproof, and shockproof. Regardless if employees are in a wet or damp environment, the Portable Fingerprint Reader will function normally. Employees can clock in and out by using their fingerprints, pin entry, or a proximity card/key fob. This eliminates buddy punching and puts a stop to employee time theft. Time and attendance data can then be transferred to TimeMasters software using a USB flash drive, through Ethernet or Wi-Fi.
